Today is the day.
I finally get to share with the AND village who my incredible co-host is for The AND Podcast.
Drumroll, please…
It’s the one and only Ivy Ford.
I am giddy writing this, truly. And once you listen to our introduction episode, you’ll understand exactly why.
I met Ivy nearly ten years ago during my first week at YETI. And let me just say… that recruiting experience? It was exceptional. Thoughtful, human, intentional. The kind that stays with you long after you sign the offer. I was a fan before I was even an employee.
So when I met Ivy with her warmth, wit, and unmistakable energy, it made perfect sense to learn that she was the force behind building that experience. She has a way of making people feel seen, safe, and genuinely excited to show up as themselves.
Ivy has a rare gift for creating brave spaces. Spaces where stories can be shared honestly, where people feel both challenged and held. When I started dreaming up who could sit beside me as a co-host for this podcast, there was truly only one person who made sense.
And thankfully… she said yes.
(Though she may admit she had a brief “what did I just agree to?” moment shortly after… which we absolutely talk about in the episode.)
Ivy is also the embodiment of AND. She lives it. She believes in it. She’s navigated the tension of holding multiple truths, dreams, and identities and she shares those experiences with so much heart and honesty in today’s conversation.
So, AND Village… it is with so much joy that I introduce you to my brilliant, brave, hilarious co-host Ivy Ford.
